1. Can I place my order over the phone?

• Please include the item, number, price, your name address, phone number and credit card data.

2. What Shipping Method do you use to mail my order*?

• Standard 3-7 Day US Post Office/UPS Ground (US Only) is FREE on orders over $100 (or just $5 for orders under $100).

• 2ND Day Service (US Only) is $18.99

• Next Day Service (US Only) $24.99

• USPS Global Priority (Outside US) $24.99

For all test kits, Frontline, or cat bag orders:

Orders shipped using FedEx 1 or 2 day service will require a signature when delivered. Special orders placed after 1PM EST will not be shipped until the following day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Exact shipping cost will be displayed on the final page before you confirm your order but will be a minimum of $21.99

These charges do not apply to orders of Shur-LockTM Collars Shur-Lock Collars have considerable weight so we will calculate and charge standard UPS Ground Freight charges to each order for collars. See our Shipping Section details when you place the order. Minimal freight costs are $10 for collar orders. These charges do not include orders of Shur-LockTM Collars * ( 50% off freight charges on orders of collars over $300 )

• Multiple pets owner, humane societies, breeders, show persons and rescue clubs may be eligible for a VOLUME DISCOUNT. Combine your friends and families pet to get a huge discount. SAVE as much as 50%

• All our tests can be mixed to get the volume price, so order for all your pets. (7 fecal tests + 4 heartworm test + 3 feline leukemia = 13-24 test prices.
